The Intensive Case Management stream only accepts referrals from the Department of Communities and is for families who require intensive support to keep their children safely at home.
This stream prioritises Aboriginal families and children.
These families are likely to experience stressors in life that they may require support. The lead agency will be flexible and adaptable to the families’ needs.
The Lead Agency will actively engage with families to achieve family and case plan goals involving in-home practical ‘hands on’ support.
